New Homes and Upgrades

Since my parents are planning to buy a new home (while prices are low) as an investment, we were looking at some of the new townhouses being built around the area. We saw one, and they were showing us all the fantastic upgrades, such as granite counters, hardwood floors, and Delta faucet that would come with our new home should we decide to buy it. Nice!
