Project Runway
Just finished watching the first episode of Project Runway season 3, and I’m a bit sad that Stacey was eliminated the first round. I actually liked the whole concept of her design, but it’s really sad that she didn’t know how to use a sewing machine and had to hand sew everything, thus rushing and not paying attention to the small details.
Seriously, Vincent should have been eliminated instead. I know that the challenge is about innovation, but that hat just screams TACKY. *vomits* I’d cry if I ever had to wear something so ugly. ;_; This design was nice, but it didn’t look to great on the model. The top half was too big on her and there was this huge gab between the cloth and her chest, I thought her boobs might have fallen out or something.
I also liked Laura and Keith’s designs. Very classy and stylish. Like, I could actually picture people wearing that down the runway, or even in real life. Malan’s outfit was also nice. It’s something I could definitely see being sold in stores and worn by people. Oh and did you know that he’s born in Taiwan too? He gets cookies and my support for that! *hearts*
