If your parents are Asian like mine, or if you have any quaint old fashioned relatives, then chances are, you have probably seen them use a kettle around in the kitchen to boil, oh, water. Now some kettles come with whistles so you’ll know when the water is boiling, but others aren’t so considerate. For those, you should consider buying a Kettlebell.
